DISCIPLESHIP IS
MORE THAN A
CURRICULUM.
It is a way of walking with Jesus, seeing people through His eyes, and investing your life into others.
Rooted in God’s Word and guided by prayer.
Built on authentic relationships and trust.
Sent to make disciples who make disciples.
Everything Starts Here.
Natural Discipleship begins with a simple conviction: our lives must be built in the right order. Multiplication is the fruit of a life first rooted in relationship with God and genuine love for people.
Know and Be Known by God
You were created first for relationship with God—not for ministry, achievement, success, or performance. Intimacy with Jesus is the foundation of everything.
John 15:4–5 • John 17:3 • Philippians 3:8–10See and Love People as God Does
As intimacy with Jesus changes us, we begin to see people differently. We learn to listen, love, serve, forgive, and invest in people the way Jesus does.
Matthew 22:37–39 • John 13:34–35 • Philippians 2:3–5Make Disciples Who Make Disciples
A life that knows Jesus and loves people naturally begins pouring into others. Discipleship becomes multiplication.
Matthew 28:18–20 • 2 Timothy 2:2 • Acts 1:8You were never created primarily to become the best pastor, parent, husband, wife, employee, leader, or ministry worker.
Those roles matter deeply, but they are not the reason you exist. They become healthier byproducts of a life that is first walking intimately with Jesus, loving people deeply, and making disciples faithfully.
Two Very Different Ways to Live.
The difference isn't just what we do — it's the order we live in. One leads to burnout. The other leads to multiplication.
-
The System's Order
PERFORMANCE FIRST
-
PERFORM
Do more.
Try harder. -
ACHIEVE
Gain approval.
Earn success. -
CONTROL
Manage outcomes.
Control people. -
PROVE YOURSELF
Live for validation.
Never enough. -
FIND IDENTITY
Look for worth.
Stay empty.
-
Jesus' Order
RELATIONSHIP FIRST
-
KNOW HIM
Abide in Jesus.
Be with Him. -
BE KNOWN
Receive His love.
Rest in grace. -
LOVE PEOPLE
See through His eyes.
Serve like Him. -
MULTIPLY
Make disciples.
Build others up. -
OBEY
Follow His lead.
Bear fruit.
Much of our struggle begins when we try to produce the fruit of relationship without actually living from relationship.
Who or What Is Discipling You?
Before we can effectively disciple others, we have to recognize what has been shaping the way we think, lead, respond, and live.
World System
The World System teaches us to look outward for identity, security, significance, and success.
Romans 12:2 • 1 John 2:15–17 • Mark 8:36Religious System
The Religious System can teach us how to look spiritual while replacing intimacy with Jesus with activity about Jesus.
Matthew 23:25–28 • Mark 7:6–8 • John 5:39–40Relationship With Jesus
Jesus invites us out of systems and into daily relationship—learning to hear, trust, follow, and depend on Him.
John 10:27 • John 15:4–5 • Galatians 2:20Before we can effectively disciple others, we have to recognize what has been discipling us.
What You Live, You Multiply.
You Cannot Multiply What You Are Not Living.
The goal of Natural Discipleship is not simply to teach people a process. We want disciples whose lives are increasingly being shaped by Jesus—and who reproduce that life in others.
Multiplication is not simply what we do. It is the fruit of who we are becoming.
Our Natural Discipleship DNA.
These convictions shape what we teach, how we invest in people, how we develop leaders, and how we define fruit.
Intimacy Before Ministry
Everything begins with relationship with Jesus. Ministry activity can never replace intimacy with Him.
Relationship Before Program
Programs are tools. People are the ministry. Discipleship happens through life-on-life investment.
Conversation, Not Presentation
Transformation happens through relationship, questions, Scripture, prayer, listening, and life together.
Faithful. Available. Teachable.
We intentionally invest deeply in people who are ready to follow Jesus and multiply into others.
Multiplication Over Addition
We do not simply gather more people. We develop disciples who make disciples who make disciples.
Leaders Build Leaders
Healthy movements require leaders who reproduce leaders and teams that reproduce teams.
If We Don't Know, We Don't Go
We resist manufacturing ministry and learn to wait, listen, and follow Jesus.
Eyes to See. Ears to Hear.
We want to recognize where God is working, hear what He is saying, and faithfully join Him there.

Short Teachings. Deep Foundations.
These are different from the step-by-step Training Center videos. They are short culture conversations that reinforce the heart, convictions, and worldview behind Natural Discipleship. Some topics will intentionally overlap with training because culture must shape the way we practice discipleship.
Why Do You Exist?
Understanding the three priorities that give everything else its proper place.
Why Intimacy Must Come First
Why multiplication becomes human effort when intimacy is missing.
What Has Been Discipling You?
Recognizing the world and religious systems that have shaped us.
What You Live, You Multiply
Why the life of the disciple maker becomes the culture of the disciple.
Why Relationship Comes Before Curriculum
How tools serve relationship without replacing it.
Why We Measure Generations
Moving the measurement of fruit from attendance toward multiplication.
CULTURE IS WHAT WE MULTIPLY.
Curriculum can teach a process. Training can develop skills. But ultimately, disciples reproduce the life they are living. Our desire is to develop people who know Jesus intimately, love people deeply, and make disciples faithfully—until generations of disciples carry the life and message of Jesus around the world.
