The strategic vision of Be Mission Minded/ Natural Discipleship is to partner with likeminded people and local churches to love intimately and make multiplying disciples of Jesus Christ. We meet needs while training trainers globally to cultivate new communities of Jesus among all peoples, with an emphasis on the least reached. The biblical and theological foundations of our vision is rooted in obedience to Jesus and the imitation of the apostles multiplying themselves.
Our vision is a “prayer” vision, because of the command of Jesus: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field” (Lk. 10:2). Our vision is a “strategic” vision, because both Jesus and His apostles practiced intentional leadership development and mobilization as the driving force behind the furtherance of the kingdom of God in the world through the propagation of the gospel (Matt. 4:19; 2 Tim. 2:2).

Natural Discipleship believes that prayer is the way that we fellowship with God and also how He ministers to us. We want to model, teach, equip, and bring comfort to our worldwide church family in prayer and through prayer. We believe what James 5:16 teaches which says that the prayers of the righteous are powerful and effective and that when we confess and pray for one another that healing can begin. Jesus modeled for us the importance of prayer in times alone with the Father and also taught His disciples how to pray for those in need.
That the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are inspired by God and inerrant in the original writings, and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith and life.
In one God, the Creator; eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
That Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, and that He was and remains true God and true man.
That God created Adam and Eve in the divine image; that they sinned, and thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death, which is separation from God; and that, as a result of Adam’s sin, all human beings are now born with a sinful nature and stand guilty before God.
That the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice; and that all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood.
In the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into Heaven, and in His present life there for us, as High Priest and Advocate.
In the blessed hope of the personal and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
That all who by faith receive the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.
That the Holy Spirit indwells and gives spiritual life to all believers, enables them to understand biblical truth, empowers them for godly living, and equips them for service and witness.
In the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting punishment of the lost.
People in Need: Jesus taught us that meeting people’s needs is a way to open the door to Gods love to them. Jesus adjusted His life as the Father was leading Him. Jesus was always mindful that the Father was always at work. When Jesus saw a need that the Father presented to Him, He met that need in the Fathers name. Our Mission is to be available to meet needs as Jesus has taught us.
Those who are seeking Jesus: The world is seeking answers to their questions, they want purpose and meaning for their life. We know there are many individuals in this world that are seeking the light of Christ who are currently walking in darkness, John 1:4-5. Our mission is to share Gods light so that those who are seeking can experience Gods love of forgiveness and eternal salvation, John 3:16.
Those who want to know Jesus more: Many followers of Christ want to know Jesus more and desire to be well equipped in their quest to fulfill the great commission. Our mission is to come alongside the global church to provide resources and opportunities for this to happen. We are passionate about sharing our faith with those that are seeking, we would love nothing more than to train others to do the same with boldness.
Those Forsaken Voices: There are people in this world that have no voice of their own. These people are abused and have no rights to express their free will. They are crying out for help and our mission is to be used by God to rescue these people in Jesus’ name.
