Natural Discipleship Home Fellowships Advance God's Kingdom!

Natural Discipleship, a global multiplying discipleship ministry, often adopts a seemingly ordinary scenario with immense significance – small gatherings in a house. It is undoubtedly a simple premise, yet, this is where the beauty of God's narrative is revealed, where people come together to discuss the workings of God within the Ministry of Natural Discipleship.

Matthew 18:20 says, “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” This verse encapsulates the idea behind such gatherings, uniting people to delve deep into the rich tapestry of God's sovereign action within their ministry. Laced with warmth and camaraderie, these gatherings open with a time of fellowship and food, cherishing hospitality outlined in Romans 12:13, “Share with the Lord's people, Practice hospitality."

Stories of faith and perseverance from the field take center stage during these gatherings!

They are the heart of the discourse and reflection. Participants actively share how God is moving powerfully in the 10/40 Window – a region that spans across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, where the majority of unreached people groups reside.

In a world gripped with uncertainties, these stories illuminate the faith and motivate many. A few such testaments are lived out by, Kassim from Sierra Leone, Afraheem from Pakistan, and Titus from Myanmar. Their narratives often showcase firsthand accounts of all that our national pastors are doing on the front line, revealing the raw and triumphant power of God's work even amidst adversity.

Each story makes a pivotal impact, as noted in Revelation 12:11, “They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony...”. These testimonies not only affirm God’s providence but also spark dialogues, encourage questions about the ministry, and inspire those present to further God’s kingdom.

Natural Discipleship hopes that these gatherings will be a starting point for many to initiate their personal discipleship ministry. By doing so, they would be aligning themselves with the Great Commission Jesus laid out in Matthew 28:19-20, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations... teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

The path to discipleship is walked one step at a time, and through these small gatherings, the disciples of Natural Discipleship learn to walk that path together. Each small group meeting is a stepping stone - a reaffirmation that the grand narrative of God’s kingdom is advanced through these individual acts of commitment and faith.

In conclusion, these homely gatherings of Natural Discipleship serve a higher purpose – they offer a unique platform to learn, encourage, and propagate God's truth. They are also an honest testament to the intimate connections formed when people gather to share their faith and hope. Through the fabric of fellowship, God's kingdom is continuously extended, one disciple at a time.
